Ordering
As you know,
every item is made of .925 sterling silver. This is the highest
quality silver available to silversmiths. Each item arrives with
an international certificate of authenticity. Every item is made
by hand, using no molds or dyes, by Europe's most famous silver
and goldsmiths. No two items are exactly alike; therefore, silver
items have a 5-6 week delivery time. Presidential gift items,
all 24 carat gold-coated, decorated with precious stones, have
a delivery time of 7-8 weeks.
Purchasing
First, choose your items, place them into the shopping cart and
complete the secured credit card information, which we protect
with a secured server.
We will also accept any other form of payment you may wish to
use. You may use money orders, personal checks, make
an offer, or any other form of payment you are comfortable with.
Then,
we will charge your account 30% of the purchasing price. Upon
receipt of the merchandise, the remaining 70% will be charged
to your account. Our company's goal is your 100% satisfaction.
In the history of our company, no one has ever returned a purchase.
Shipping
and Handling
Due to the valuable nature of these museum quality items, and
because the merchandise is of silver, gold and precious stones,
your purchase will be fully insured. Each item will be securely
packed in foam and plastic, using sturdy UPS boxes. Shipping and
handling changes will be free, worldwide, to the customer, if
the purchase price is over $500. Items under $500, will be shipped
anywhere for $10.
